" After using a shower for 5 minutes, the hot water discontinued. "Just wait for half an hour. It is an old building." is not what anyone would expect from a hotel no matter how cheap the price is. Offering to switch the room but letting them know "the same problem might occur." does not help either. If it is an old building so the guests should expect this problem, you must let them know BEFORE they proceed booking, not AFTER suffering from ice cold shower with shampoo all over the hair and face. It is the common sense. "

"Hotel is older ,but very well maintained and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. It was great having a kitchenette.The hotel was within walking distance of old Montreal, St Catherine st is on the backside of the hotel. Excellent restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. Close to Bell Centre"

"Room felt dingy with a musty smell. The heat was still on in mid April with no ability to turn AC on yourself, leaving the room stuffy and hot. Beds were comfy. "
