"Everything looked nice when we got in, but as we started to unpack and use the kitchen, we noticed that there were lots of missing items. There were only four hangars (we saw the cleaning ladies, and they immediately gave us more). I can honestly say that they were so kind and accommodating (they replaced the light bulb over the kitchen table as the wattage was so low). The kitchen did not have a coffee pot nor a single baking dish (we had to buy our own foil to bake something), no pot...
