"What a nice, clean, lovely home. Right off Main Street for walkability, 5 minutes to the Ark. Right off I-75 . 2 comfortable bedrooms, bathroom right next. Lovely livingroom and kitchen.. windows galore for sunlight. We are two senior couples stayed here 4 nights… enjoyed every minute. Owners were fabulous, responded within minutes!!!"

"The ac filter needed cleaned badly so we pulled it out so the ac would work better. The entire unit needed cleaned as it was keaving a musty smell in the room. "

"Great place to stay, we stayed here to visit the Kentucky derby. Far enough away to avoid traffic issues and flight craziness from loiusville or lexington and easy to get too and from Cincinnati airport. House was clean , functional, alot of space. Especially love the view and the fireplace."
