"The bathroom had large chucks of paint falling off the ceiling, hole in ceiling that had toilet paper stuffed in it to plug a hole, rust in the tub, tub had been paint inside and the paint was peeling, couch had no seat support and the free breakfast was coffee and a prepackaged muffin. The room needs to be removed from service and repaired."
