"everything was great until we woke up and the shower wouldn’t work. the water wouldn’t even turn on. Sasha, the front desk clerk was very rude and argumentative. i never once received any empathy or apologies, was simply told maintenance didn’t work on the weekends and my only option was to pack all your shower products and clothing and go to a different floor to a room that was available to shower in. i had to parade through a very busy hotel to the lobby to get a key and then back down a floor to an empty room to shower, while in my pajamas and bed head. then return to my room with wet hair to continue to get ready for my day. this wasn’t only me, my daughter too. no apologies, no compensation, just pure attitude from Sasha. "

"BOOK NOW! This place was SO clean and tidy! The housekeeping staff were always cleaning the floors and sweeping. The bed was the BEST part of the stay do comfortable. My husband has back issues and he rated the bed 5 star. Loved the room and amenities. Even breakfast was good. We will be back!! "

"The property was really great and suited our needs perfectly, we chose it as was close to family who we were visiting and location was close enough to everything we wanted to do. The basement games and TV room and outdoor facilities were well used. Kelly communicated real well. Overall 10/10"
