"BEST BED EVER!!! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room exceptionally clean! "

"Shuttles to Disney. Great views from the elevator of Disney's Fireworks (go to the top floor). Evening meal and breakfast provided. Clean and safe hotel. "

"Room was fine. Mattress was worn out and torn on the bottom side. Breakfast was below par and under stocked after only 1 hour of being opened up. There were only 3 muffins left and I saw an employee take one of them. We had to doing something else for breakfast."

"The check in process was seamless and the customer service was very professional and friendly. The room had been recently renovated but was falling apart, the towel were stained as were the sheets. The sheets had holes in them and the floor boards were lifting creating a dangerous gap. There was what appeared to be black mold on the ceiling and a dirty shower curtain. It served its purpose…a comfortable bed with a tv and hot water. Also, they have smoking rooms which they do not advertise."
