Very convenient location. Hosts were very accommodating with check-in and check-out times, and the onsite parking included is worth it's weight in gold! Our 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, plenty of room for 5 of us, with everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again.

Initially we had done problems. Water temperature in room was terrible. Some staff in bar not friendly/helpful. However - when speaking to concierge he immediately rectified the issues. Changed our room and treated us well. His customer service made a big difference. French waitress at Hippo restaurant was a delight. Overall very good and will stay again.

We went down to Wellington to World of Wearable arts and stayed here at Rydges in Featherson Street. So perfectly located, easy walk to TSB arena, restaurants and the shopping district. Super comfy beds, big fluffy towels, and lovely staff. Highly recommend.

As a convenient hotel to spend the night after flying into Wellington airport very late, it was satisfactory.
Having written that, I found the facilities to be very average. Rooms are quiet but lack things like the ability to cool the room down at night and lacking bedside light switches. The breakfast was OK but the arrangement of items was really odd - small plates and cups were not obvious and I never did find teaspoons when they should have been with the tea/coffee making things or with the other cutlery. Strange places for things when it should be a natural flow.
