Stayed here before. Nice hotel and clean . Swimming pool was on the colder side but the hot tube was wonderful. Definitely would stay here again!

Everything was great except the bathroom doors. They were Barn style that slide on a track and provided gaps for other people to see in. Limited privacy.

The hotel was very nice, had a great breakfast buffet, pool area was kept very clean, room was modern with comfortable beds, and all of the staff were very friendly. The only negative I could even say is that the vending machines do not take credit card.

Every time I stay here it's a wonderful experience considering most hotels in the area are either dirty or the conditions aren't the greatest maybe a little bit more pricey but it is what it is I'd rather pay for Quality rather than anything else thank you.

The hotel is nice and updated. The pool and the breakfast were both great. The room would have been so nice if properly cleaned but it was not. There was hair in the shower, a toenail on the bathroom floor, and a hoodie from a previous guest in the closet. I value cleanliness above all else, so suffice to say I would not come back.

Perfect location for me. I was in town for a funeral for the weekend, which was in Cleveland West. I did everything in the area. Will return either July 4th weekend or Labor day weekend 2024 for sure! loved hotel!

Awesome place!
Our room was spacious; besides a king-size bed, our room had a super comfortable lounge chair, a desk, small refrigerator, and closet with full-length mirrors. The shower was large and worked great. I loved the fitness center—and the immediate assistance I received when I couldn’t figure out the controls on the treadmill. The breakfast area and the food itself was another plus. We’d definitely stay there again!

The hotel was very nice and clean. Loved the whirlpool. Breakfast was awesome. Only issue we had was the toliet handle broke. So had to flush by taking lid off. A little inconvenient but not something you really could see coming. Would stay agsin

Nicely appointed hotel that’s about 12-13 minutes from Downtown Cleveland. Centrally located with friendly staff. The breakfast is not bad and you have both hot and cold options. Unlimited orange juice, cranberry juice, apple juice and açaí pomegranate water beverage. Pool and hot tub on site.

At first look, it was clean and bright and quiet. At night, the lack of soundproofing and the weight of the doors was painfully noticeable. Every door slammed, jolting anyone who was asleep, awake. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was good.
