  • WINTER RATE SPECIALS- Please send us an inquiry and ask about our special. This is a quaint 2 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home, with a lovely add-on and has laminated flooring throughout the home. The spacious living area, has a stunning kitchen-dining area with plenty of seating. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a small, but unique master bathroom with a walk-in glass shower. The master bedroom has two steps which drop down to a smaller open room, which houses a twin bed for extra sleeping. In the second bedroom, located on the opposite side from the master, has a twin bed with a trundle along with a full-size bed. The second bedroom has an attached spacious, full bathroom that has a walk in shower.

    There's a spacious, fully fenced garden-like yard, covered back yard, and open deck with patio seating. There's also a special fenced dog area, so we would love it if your pet could join you on your adventure to Brookings!

The home was very nice and spacious. The grounds were breathtaking and it was a lovely place to be. This is not a fancy over the top place, but for the price, it was a very good value. We will definitely stay here again and appreciate the experience.

The property is situated on a hill which gives a great view of the sunrise and sunset on the deck. There were quite a bit of webs and spiders inside as if no one had been inside for some time.But overall, the property was perfect for our family for the holiday weekend and the price was great!

The pictures did not do this property justice! The place is much larger and gorgeous!!! The outdoor yard is very serene. The only thing I would recommend is making all the steps (both inside and outside) more visible by painting a line or something on the edge. My husband stumbled several times and fell once. I finally put chairs in front of two that are inside the house. Otherwise, we would definitely rent this house again! We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. We loved all the windows as well!!! Such a beautiful place!!

Beautiful property! We were delighted to discover a redwood tree right on the property. The home was very clean, well stocked, and had plenty of space for our group. There were lots of linens and everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Brookings is a wonderful jumping-off point for visiting the redwoods, especially Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park. It was the perfect place to help get our 81-year-old mom into the redwoods without needing to do a difficult hike.If you visit the park, make sure to stop at the historic Hiouchi Cafe, it truly is all it’s cracked up to be!We also booked a private sound bath in Brookings with Julie at Himalayan Harmonious Healing, and she was amazing.As an STR owner myself this stay was a treat! We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

It was such a comfortable space. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The living room was a great place for the family to gather. And the yard was absolutely beautiful! We all agreed that we would like to stay there again!

Peaceful get away.

What a sweet home to stay in. Everything was perfect and I enjoyed the birds in the morning. The beach was close by and I could even hear the surf at night. I will definitely stay there again!

Perfect layout for our small family Thanksgiving.very comfy couch, really lovely views from all the windows; it's like waking up in a treehouse!Hosts responded quickly when we had an issue. We loved the dedicated dog area outside, and there's also a big walk in closet where we kept the dog kennels so they were out of the way. Lots of space inside, didn't get much use out of the outside space on account of November.

Such a nice find!

This place was amazing! Everything within a short minutes drive. Beds were super comfy. Felt like a home away from home. The landscaping of this gem was beautiful. It gave us ideas for our own home. Highly recommend this home if you’re vacationing in the area.

coastal retreat

always look forward to coming to the oregon coast and staying in this home. lots of room to spread out yard for the dog is a big bonus and beaches are just a short drive and access to shops . home is very functional with plenty of utensils for cooking . can't wait to come back for another beautiful summer vacation on the oregon coast.

Beach house!! Great price!!

We loved the living space this house offered. Bedrooms where great size. The 2nd bedroom bed could use an update. While this house is pet friendly it did have a strong pet smell.
