You must experience this majestic five-bedroom, four-bath luxury home with top-notch amenities! Ocean views and just steps to the beach. You will find entertainment galore in this single-story 3,782 sq ft home with two master bedrooms. Your party will sleep comfortably in one King master bedroom, one Queen master bedroom, two Queen bedrooms, and a bunk room with two bunk beds that sleeps up to four. The game room also features a sleeper sofa/futon.

Each master bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom, complete with a shower; one includes a jetted bathtub. The other bedrooms utilize the main bath and the full bathroom in the pool room, which also has a shower.

This large, fully fenced, non-smoking vacation home has all the comforts you would expect for your family and friends. It features amenities like an indoor hot tub and pool, Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a pool table, a dartboard, arcade games, puzzles, and a ping-pong table, too! There is plenty of room for everyone, including the baby—it is equipped with a playpen and high chair! The home has an enclosed yard for added privacy. You’ll enjoy two gas fireplaces for cozy evenings.

Fall asleep to the sound of ocean waves against the shoreline. In the morning, enjoy your coffee while sitting at the kitchen bistro table with an ocean view.

Perfect for multigenerational trip

We were three generations ages 4 to 78 and we all loved our stay. Lots of games and activities for all ages not to mention the indoor pool and spa. Easy access to a beautiful uncrowded beach full of wonders for all of us. Beautiful fully equipped kitchen including full coffee, hot cocoa setup. We were even greeted with a full fruit basket. So much to do we never made it to the outdoor fire pit. Very accommodating host. We will be back.

Beautiful Private Home

The home is beautiful and spacious, allowing us to enjoy a private, relaxing weekend away with our family of seven plus an infant. It has very close and easy access to the beach and we were able to take a short drive to enjoy the redwoods and the trees of mystery. The pool is a lap pool, so it’s a little small for a large group, but they enjoyed the hot tub. Plenty of amenities on site which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Home was well stocked, plenty of room, short walk to beach, awesome indoor pool and jacuzzi. Plenty of room to spread out. Check-in could have been easier by allowing us to have the code sooner than later as well as the walk-thru.

Amazing amenities and beautiful beach.

The house was very clean with tons to do. The beach is super close and the kids loved the tide pools right down the beach. The pool room was awesome from playing music to watching movies in the hot tub! We had a party of 10 and had tons of stuff to do.

Slice of Paradise * w/ Chef's Kiss

Our stay at this oceanfront Brookings beach house was fantastic! The spacious layout comfortably fit our entire family, and the amenities (fireplaces, fire pit, pool and hot tub) were perfect for cozy evenings. The house had everything we needed for memorable meals together, both indoors and on the deck. It felt like a true home away from home – we didn't want to leave! **Recommendation:** Highly recommend this property for families looking for a perfect beachfront escape in Brookings.

Excellent House with Great Location and Plenty of room

This was a great VRBO with plenty of room and things to do. The location to the beach was awesome. We were able to walk the beach on low tide and even swam during the days. The house had plenty to do with all of the games for the kids to play. It was very clean and communication was good thru the whole process. We would definitely come back.

A M A Z I N G PLACE. Paradise place

What an amazing house with great hospitality. We were welcomed by the host with fresh fruits on the table and she showed us all around the house and how to use everything. We never got bored there is play rooms and games for children and grown ups the ocean view its beautiful and you can hear the waves all day and night. We loved the outside fireplace, the inside jacuzzi and pool was a everyday relaxing time for us as well. We will definitely be back. 10 stars.

Great Spring Break Family Vacation

The house was big enough for all 10 of us to enjoy! Every drawer and cupboard was labeled, which made it easy to find what we needed. The walk to the beach is right outside the back gate. Yes, it was cold and the ocean was violent, but that didn't stop us!! On the third day the sun came out and the ocean calmed. What a great house. Can't think of one negative thing and I would give it more stars than is allowed. Alice was easy to contact, but we didn't need anything. What a great vacation with a great house!

Family Gathering

Eight of us (all adults) met at the house for five days. It's in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and is even nicer than the listing. The back patio and yard have a view of the ocean and the beach is a short walk out the back yard, down a ramp and through some trees. The ramp is a bit steep but has a non-slip surface. You can walk as far as you want south along the beach and pretty far to the north. The rear neighbor is a character by the looks of their property as is covered more fully in other reviews. We never saw anyone and their oddness was easily ignored and did not detract from our stay. The house has all the appliances, small and large, that we needed and extra stuff like beach chairs and binoculars and blankets that were a plus. Tons of games and puzzles. We enjoyed a fire in the ring in the back yard with wood and kindling that was stocked in a box. I highly recommend the house.

Heavenly Week

Spent Spring Break week at this home with 4 generations of our family. We've stayed in many VRBO properties all up and down the OR and CA coast, and all agreed that this one was one of the very best. Super spacious and inviting floor plan, good game areas as well as well-kept enclosed outdoor space. We were all struck by the many details that were though of by the host, such as hanging hooks in all the bathrooms, lots of board games and puzzles, beach toys and wagon, ready-to-use firewood for the pit in the yard, etc. The beach is just a short easy walk away, and is a good one. Lots of hikes, parks, and other beaches nearby. Meyers Beach at low tide is a must for viewing starfish, anemones, etc, as well as the best beach for sand dollars we've ever found. The pool and hot tub were very clean and well-maintained, and get serviced weekly. We were initially somewhat put off by the number of tacked-on fees when we booked. However there's very little work required at checkout, and ultimately we felt that the quality of the property and the attention it clearly gets from the owners/managers justified the extra expense. Would absolutely stay again, and probably will.

Great Home on the Beach

We stayed here in March of 2024 for 5 nights. We came here for my son's 16th birthday. We had two of his friends with us as well, so a party of 7. PROS: - Beach access is directly behind the property. You use a shared walk through in between the properties. The signage leads you there. - Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. It's perfect for large groups. - the pool table, ping pong table, and basketball arcade were a HUGE hit! - I love the dining room table is so huge. It was great for meals and for games. - The indoor swim spa was super fun for the kids and adults! - They leave you fresh fruit as a gift. CONS: - Check-in was awkward and weird. You have to meet the manager at the property. The communication and timing were really weird. She was 20 minutes late. We had such a wonderful time, we extended a day, and that was done without a hitch For a place this expensive, you would think it's updated. The master suite is BEAUTIFUL! Totally re-done. But the rest of the house looks like it came out of the 1980's. It's fine, but for the price I thought it should be more updated. - The pool/hot tub is THROUGH the master bedroom. This was a bit intrusive to me. They can walk outside, but nobody ever wanted to. - The kitchen is pretty small. For cooking for such a large amount of people, it was really tight. - When you get out of the swim spa, the metal poles are not secured to the ground well. It felt like they were going to break if you used them at all.

This place is amazing! They have provided for every need. The home is beautiful, the beach is easy to reach and wonderful, and the location is perfect. We made s’mores in the firepit, cooked in the wonderful kitchen, enjoyed the great pool and hot tub, and loved the amenities. What fabulous showers! Recommend most highly!

The house was everything you would want in a vacation home. We are planning on using in again for next year. We had the water heater partially go out so we were running out of hot water. a call to Alice and she had a plumber come out that day. the fire pit was nice to sit at and talk. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool table, and game room in the garage.

This was an amazing property! It was recently remodeled and it’s simply beautiful. The property manager was great and she even brought us a ton of fresh fruit as a welcome gift. I HIGHLY recommend this property. I would even consider purchasing this home, if it were an option!
