This was a great value lodging. It was a lodging. It was in the bottom tier price wise, and met all the expectations one should have. It was not the Hilton, but it was clean and the room was nice. I requested no carpets and got a room without carpets. The hot water was hot, the fridge was cold, and the HVAC unit was quiet and effective.
Road noise? Yes, some. It's a 45 zone with a light, so people are ignorant. It that's a thing for you, there are other places. It certainly did not bother me. The bed was comfy, with actual blankets so I didn't have to ask for one.
Weird gripe though was most of basic cable is now scrambled, but I'll bring a book next time. There is no card to hang on the doorknob to refuse maid service, because there is no maid service. But for two nights, I don't need fresh linen. I'm sure I could have tossed my own trashbag for the 50 plus dollars I saved.
Will definitely stay here again.
The place is closed to crescent city and also had a great July 4th firework. Rooms were clean and nice and we enjoyed a great stay

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
Staff was courteous. The refrigerator made a very loud clunking noise when it ran. They replaced the refrigerator with another but the replacement didn’t work at all. The floors were not very clean. You could feel the sand under your feet. The flooring needs replacing there are pieces where it is broken or raised. The coffee carafe was chipped. Lots of highway noise. (Not the fault of the motel)
The support staff was wonderful. The accommodations were not. Our first room, water was dripping in our tub when the room upstairs took a shower. The rooms had a musty odor. Will definitely not return.
I enjoyed my stay. The place is quiet and clean. The gentleman at the front desk was very efficient and helpful.

Positives: clean room and comfortable bed. Reception clerk was friendly. Lots of deferred maintenance but, the room was clean and the bed comfortable. Very noisy loud people in next room and noise from the highway is noticeable. Overall, for the price it was fine for the one night stay before the fishing trip.
Good pit stop hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful and my room was clean.

Needed first floor with king bed, so was upgraded to achieve that. However there were small ants all over our food that we brought in by morning and a few dead bugs in bathroom. However the room was remodeled, clean. Comfy bed and chairs. Pretty basic. No breakfast or amenities for the high price.
Everything was clean and comfortable. Sink was abit slow to drain. Other than that very nice for the price. Very happy with the room. Staff very nice and helpful.

The best motel around Brookings Oregan. I will be visiting again in the near future. Very polite and trustworthy staff.
My son left his GoPro camera in the room. The housekeeper was honest and turned it in to hotel manager, who promptly contacted us to let us know they had it ready for pick up! Excellent customer service. Ty. Would stay here again when in Harbor.

Staff was friendly and accomodating; there are adequate options for food and services near the hotel. The room was very clean and the property and parking lot seemed safe. Excellent value for the price.
