Friendly staff, clean rooms. It's an older motel so it has its quirks but over all its worth it. We had our dog with us so we were in a pet room and it didn't smell and was clean.We would stay there again.

This is a 1970s era Motel. A totally safe and affordable alternative. You can park right next to your door which is perfect for motorcycle riders. The front desk is hands down one of the nicest guys I've ever met. There's a ton of places to eat and shop locally. Brookings is a nice town.

The rooms were somewhat clean, but they are in clear need of repairs and a thorough deep cleaning. I understand the property was recently purchased in January, and it does seem the new owner has been working hard to bring it back up to standard. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Room was comfortable but the staff was non-existent. When we checked in there was a line of two other guests who had been standing there for 10 minutes. There was no staff in sight. There was a sign with a number to call but no one answered. Finally after about 10 minutes someone finally showed up but did not even offer an apology or explanation. The lady in the room next to us got locked out and could not find anyone in the office and could not reach anyone on the phone to help her get back into her room. We actually considered extending our stay for another night because it's a comfortable room in a good location but we could not find anyone in the office and couldn't get anyone on the phone so we went to another motel across the street.

Fast internet. Very clean and quite nice at an excellent price!! We spent 2 nights because I needed to work on the internet all day --had a nice desk, and all was great and comfortable at a very reasonable rate.
