Most of this house has been completely remodeled , most is brand new. Fresh white linens and towels, pillows , cooling pillow cases, silk pillow cases, mattress covers duvet cover and beach towels are plentiful . There is outdoor blankets and indoor blankets. Everything you could need in the kitchen.

Each bedroom has walk-in closets.
Some games and puzzles, books for your enjoyment during your stay.
Barbecue , tank is full.

Ice chest available for you to take to the beach, or plan a picnic in the forest.
it’s a great place to stay and enjoy the amenities or zip down to local favorite restaurants like Pacific sushi, or the fat Irish pub knowing you are less than 5 minutes to most places in downtown Brookings or the harbor.

Space

Very comfortable house for up to 6 people share.
All linens are new, house has been remodeled. we have a very well stocked kitchen and most new appliances. The water pressure is great so showers have great water pressure. There are 2 entrances so very easy space to share. Main living space is open concept while bedrooms are very private with walk-in closets.
A few steps to get into house and then the house is on 1 level....

Neighborhood overview

Our house is located 1 mile from the Harbour and the same distance to Brookings downtown. Wow the backyard is in the forest. The front yard has a beautiful view of the ocean surrounded by lawn and mature trees and bushes although you drive through the neighborhood to get to the home , once you are in our home, you are not affected by the neighbors with 3/4 of an acre lot. You have a lot of privacy..
