"Beautiful location for a family retreat with all the extras included! Grill, outdoor cooler, patio umbrella, firepit. The interior of the cottage is just as nice. The decks space is amazing offering great views of the lake. The best feature is the sun room! super comfy sofas and chairs for enjoying coffee in mornings and taking in the sunsets on the lake regardless of weather! Wonderful! Host is super responsive!"

"This home was perfect for 4 adults and 1 child to stay at during our trip to Brookings. The home was very clean, had a well stocked kitchen with all the utensils and appliances you need, great heated garage, plenty of towels and just overall a cozy spot to come back to each day. Would definitely recommend and stay again!"

"When we arrived we wanted to start making dinner as it was about 6:00. Every dish that we needed for dinner was dirty and there was a lack of kitchen items like pots and pans and baking sheets. The longer we were there the more we noticed the dirty, finger print covered doors, unknown hairs in the shower, and the grill that was very dirty. There was very little propane in one of the two tanks with the other tank being empty so my parents had to go and get them filled just to use the grill. The...
