"We had two families come to stay at Litchfield - have stayed in various parts of the resort before in condos and houses. Charlestowne has a handful of advantages - more private, private pool, private beach access, and generally quieter. The beach is much less crowded than other areas and the pool has better amenities and requires a keycard to get into. House location - very close to the pool and beach - easy to walk to (less than 3 minutes). Views of the marsh as well as parts of the beach / ocean from the top floor, which was nice. Pool requires a keycard to get in and one was provided during the stay. House condition - as advertised. The kitchen has the basics though not much more. Bedrooms all have queen beds, furniture older - one or two of the bedrooms having a set of twin beds or bunks could help optimzie it. Decent stock of beach gear in the garage (e.g., chairs). Interior bathrooms all seem original to when house was built. "
