This cozy home sleeps 9! You can pull your boat up behind the house and walk in! Queen in Master, Queen in 2nd bedroom, 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed, full on bottom and single on top, plus a single pull out twin bed. Couch also makes into a full bed in the living room, along with a stand alone twin bed that can be put in any room. 60 inch TV in Living room and 48 inch in Master with Direct TV. Extra wide driveway to park your trailer at the house after you launch your boat. Boat ramp is only 5 minutes away. Extra large deck and outdoor kitchen for fun times on the porch.
You are going to love the art in this home, each piece has been hand painted by the homeowner.

Serene Family Lakehouse Getaway

Amazing house on the lake cove. Perfect place to relax and let the kids swim and fish without the fear of a high traffic lake area. The home had everything you need to cook, relax or entertain. The board games, ping pong and kayaks were a bonus to enjoy family time. Highly recommend!! The owners were amazing and quick to respond to communications. Definitely would return!

Labor Day on the lake!

This was a great place to spend a weekend on the lake! We were able to keep our boat in the water and fish at our leisure! The house was comfortable and well kept.

Very nice home in a great neighborhood. The water was 5 1/2 feet low but with blessings from the neighbor we were still able to keep our boats in the water all weekend.

We were celebrating our 26th wedding anniversary. We couldn’t have picked a better place to do that. The house the view neighborhood all were amazing. We felt like it was our home. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for letting us stay at your home.

Awesome place!

This home was clean and suited our family for a weekedn getaway. There are a lot of activities at the home and it is on the lake. The level of the lake was down during our stay but no one can control that! We had a great time and the owners were quick to respond to questions and assist with our stay! If we head back this direction this will be our first choice of accomodations!!

Family fun

This home was so comfortable. No need to be worried about anything. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes pots and pans everything you can think of.all the rooms were comfy and cozy. When it rain the large covered porch was perfect. The scenery was very calming. Loved every min of our stay. Our family from California said (can we stay here next time we come to Texas?) so I quesadillas we will be back.

Great house and good location on the lake. Clean and plenty of stuff to do. Emailed check out directions didn’t quite match the paper directions at the house but not a big deal. Neighbors on both sides were super nice but the lady across the street was not. She asked us in person to turn the music down so we completely turned it off and she still contacted the homeowner. Homeowner was super nice and understanding about it.

Amazing memories made

Our family including our grand babies had an absolute blast! We love Sam Rayburn (although water levels were high)! Your home was just as listed. Comfy, well stocked, and many extras. Views were great! Launch was convenient. Water was perfect for swimming where we could find beachy area to play. Thank you for allowing us to make memories we will forever cherish.

Perfect Thanksgiving with the family!

We have family that lives near this home but we needed more space for our holiday getaway. The home had the perfect amount of space for 7 of us to all stay comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our holiday dinner, it made for a perfect get away for us. The fun space in the garage was an added bonus for the kiddos! We would definitely return in the future. Hopefully during the warmer months to where we can pull the boat up.

Great family home with lots of activities

So, the house is actually much more spacious than the pics portray. It's a very comfortable home with lots of activities. The kids played ping pong, fished, ran wild and enjoyed the directv in the evening. The firepit was ready to go but we didn't have time too use it. The kayaks were great. The back porch and yard are so great for fellowship and fun. The outdoor kitchen worked great for our needs. We rented 2 homes in the area for the weekend because we had a large group. This one was by far the cleanest and most comfortable. The beds! We all slept very well. Communication from pre-booking until check out was great. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family in the area

Everything was great.

Hosts were friendly and prompt when touching base during pre-trip communications.Everything was great, and matched what we expected from viewing the listing photos. House was well stocked and cozy. Outdoor kitchen and deck/patio were highlights. Bonus on how nice it was to be able to cook huge family meals in half the time by splitting cooking between the indoor and outdoor kitchen. Plenty of room for activities between the back yard, the patio, and even the garage was set up really nice and cozy. It actually was the perfect little indoor setup to have a cozy little play area in the garage for my two year old where I could let her play and sit with her while still being able to get stuff done and prepare for outdoor activities. Driveway size was perfect. With the three cars we had there was still plenty of room on the side to put the boat trailer and keep it out of the road or yard. The only complaint I think any of us had was just that there was so much there we could have done and we only got one weekend. I'm sure if our stay was longer then we would have made more use of the provided board games, the games in the garage, or the other amenities that we just didn't get a chance to take advantage of. In summary, not a single disappointment.
