We had an amazing time at this beautiful property!! The mattresses were amazing! The kids loved the game room being separate - the location was amazing!!!! So close to the trail rides and everything
Property is beautiful and enjoyed it with the family. This location is very close to town and the petting zoo we loved with our grandson. Hiking is also very near the cabin as it was a short drive to get there.
We will be back! Thanks!
The driveway is poorly maintained made it difficult to get to the cabin almost damaged our vehicles, the stairs had nails sticking up on the deck and inside the house it cut two of my kids feet the owners responded but it took awhile
We had a great time at Dancing Deer Lodge. We made lots of great memories and love coming to Broken Bow and having such a wonderful time. The cabin was a little misleading to find out that the game room was a different building. Also didn't like having bedrooms downstairs and kitchen upstairs. Love the wrap around porch on the bottom and top, but not having a front door to go into. Also, there needs to be a better driveway. Very hard to get up and down it.
It was an okay place to sleep but not one that I’d rent again, especially if we planned on staying at the house more. It did not appear or smell like anything had been cleaned before our arrival. You can tell it is strictly a rental. Examples include: broken microwave handle, broken refrigerator dispenser, broken spindles on deck/stairs, 2nd floor railing is DANGEROUSLY loose, decking under the hot tub is VERY spongey, most of the doors don’t shut/open unless forced, the HVAC filter hadn’t been replaced in over 6 months and was plugged, and the driveway going up to the property from the road is rough. If you have a SUV or truck then you’ll be fine, but I would not take a car up either driveway. The first driveway is all rock and very rutted, we did use our 4 wheel drive to avoid spinning the tires. There is a second driveway that we used that was partially concrete, but it’s washed out at the bottom, in a car you’ll likely bottom out.

Homeowner Clearly Doesn't Visit Cabin
1. Driveways are not just steep, they're torn up and hardly suitable for any vehicle that isn't a 4x4.
2. 3 of 4 TVs in main house did not work at all and there's no way that was a new thing.
3. Shower rod fell and hit one of the kids in the head while showering because it wasn't adjustable and didn't fit.
4. Parts of porch railings are not even attached to the porch anymore and eventually someone will get hurt.
5. Boards on porch sticking up.
6. Flood lights by kitchen were pointed up and full of water and an electrician was supposed to be contacted. Outdoor staircase is very dark without flood lights.
7. Kitchen didn't have a single baking pan or casserole dish in it. No paper towels or sponges as pictured and no kitchen towels. All of the knives were dull. Skillets are in rough shape.
8. Patio table was filthy when we arrived.
I contacted the host about the driveways a week before arrival and never got a response. I called the host the first morning about the shower rod, flood lights and TVs. Host didn't want to replace two TVs but eventually had to so maintenance was there all afternoon.
