Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Spray carpets with pet stain remover under the sink if your pet caused a stain to avoid extra fees. (Please check, as our maids do not clean pet waste, and a professional service will be called. )
Floor mats and the pack and play need to be put away
Start a load of towels
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No pets are allowed unless the pet has been added and paid. Violation of this rule is grounds for eviction.

Perfect little getaway

First time in Broken Bow and we will definitely be back! This was the perfect cabin in the woods. Super clean, well stocked and upscale decor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking again.

Beautiful cabin with all the amenities

Beautiful, pet friendly cabin with all the amenities you can ask for!! The owners are excellent in their communication and so easy to work with. The decor is elevated but makes you feel right at home too. My daughters 21,17, & 12 all piled in the second king bed upstairs but there are additional sleeping mats available if needed. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Relaxing long weekend

This cabin is beautiful and stocked with all things you'll need for a restful and wonderful weekend. The kitchen has everything you'll need and the back patio with hottub and fireplace/tv is beautiful. Both bedrooms are suites and they too are beautifully decorated and well stocked. You will love this cabin! We'll be back!

Fall break

Our family was looking for a long weekend to relax and spend sometime outside. This place was perfect. It’s close proximity to everything, while being secluded and quiet. Everything in the cabin was as described, clean, and well Maintained. Great communication with the host as well. Would recommend for any couple or family looking to get away. Will definitely look to come back next year. Great house!

Cabin w class!

I brought my wife here for our anniversary and it did not disappoint. I have an automation company and go to many of our clients vacation homes and cabins all over the country installing Starlink. I have to say this cabin is in top 5 it was truly refreshing w unique combination of the cabin feel w the clash of classy/high-end. It is perfectly located between Broken Bow downtown and Hochatown so a short drive to either and the new Choctaw casino,while maintaining that in the woods feel.. The cabin was well stocked and most importantly the hot tub was clean as a whistle!!. I highly recommend for a couples getaway but also could have easily brought the kids or friends w plenty of room. Owners are very responsive.

Beautiful cabin, but peace & quiet can vary.

Cabin is beautiful & well maintained & has everything you would need for a weekend or a month. Check In was simple. We loved the actual cabin. We chose this cabin to getaway & celebrate our 10th anniversary. There is another cabin located behind it and another to the right. They are not right up next to each other but you can see people on the deck and sound travels. Thursday was peaceful and quite relaxing; however Friday AM changed. I sat on the deck enjoying coffee before 9, and cartoons were playing on the deck behind us. It was so loud I could hear every word/sound. That night the group to the right was also loud enough to keep us awake until after 1am. We could hear every thing that was said even with all the doors and windows closed and white noise planing on our phone as the master wall faces their deck. Saturday morning cartoons started before 8am. If I went inside the cabin, it was much less notable with the door closed. Saturday night was terrible. The group on the side returned and they were so loud and using such foul language we had to turn up the volume on the TV to be able to hear it and drown them out. Around 11pm, I asked them, very politely, to please keep it down. They apologized and it got quieter for about 30 minutes and then it ramped back up again. A little after 1AM my husband asked them to keep it down in a much less polite way. Nothing changed that time. They finally went inside a little after 2 & we were able

Sweet Caroline’s Cabin in Broken Bow is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cabin is spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need from kitchen essentials to cozy blankets by the fireplace. The layout is perfect for families or couples, with plenty of space to relax and unwind. The outdoor area is a highlight — fire pit for s’mores, and a big deck surrounded by trees that make you feel tucked away in nature. It’s close to restaurants, Beavers Bend State Park, and Hochatown attractions, yet still peaceful and quiet. If you’re looking for a comfortable, relaxing getaway with all the little details taken care of, Sweet Caroline’s Cabin is the place. We’re already planning our next trip back!
