Family Getaway

Beautiful cabin. Great for entertaining a large group! Rooms are spacious and well.appointed. Clubhouse and.pool are clean and hours of fun for the whole family. The roads getting to cabin need a lot of work they are in poor condition and are a hazard to some vehicles.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this home for a girl's trip and it was perfect! Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. The home was comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. The patio was much larger in person than in the pictures. We enjoyed our stay!

Fun Trip--Objective Review

Check in was easy. The house was very nice and clean including the outdoor area and hot tub. The tap water is clean, but it's most likely filtered well water and has a sulfur/rotten egg odor, not overwhelming but it's there and fine to drink if it doesn't bother you. The resort area is largely unfinished so there is currently a lot of construction. We didn't visit the clubhouse other than to see if we could use the pool so I'm not sure if the restaurant is open, but the pool was definitely closed. Location was good and close to activities, but there was a lot of traffic on the main road headed to Hochatown at certain times of the day (like 5 miles an hour) due to temporary traffic lights. All in all it was a great trip. My only one-liner subjective opinion is that maybe the price of the rentals in this neighborhood are a little high--it's not Colorado.
