• Pool heating is optional and available for an additional $100 per night.

• The pool heating fee applies to the entire reservation, not just the days the pool is used.

• The total fee is calculated based on the number of nights booked.

• Guests who wish to have the pool heated must arrange this in advance.

• Dog-friendly (fee applies)

• $50 per dog, per night

• Up to 4 dogs allowed

• Pet fees are added automatically when included at booking

• Extension cord available in the lower-level bedroom closet next to the laundry room

• Guests must provide their own charging cable

→ Maximum occupancy of 20 guests strictly enforced

→ 📦 LEFT-BEHIND ITEMS: Items left behind are not our responsibility, but we will make reasonable efforts to return them at the guest’s expense. A $50 handling fee plus shipping costs applies. We are not liable for loss or damage once items leave our care. Unclaimed items remaining after 30 days may be donated or discarded.
