Property House and Security Rules:

Maximum Occupancy: 15 (adults, children, 2+). Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without a refund.

A $300 security deposit will be temporarily held on your card during your stay and automatically released two days after your departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. Don’t worry—we don’t believe in holding guests “hostage.” We understand accidents happen, and this is simply a standard precaution.

The deposit will be processed through an Airbnb-approved, software-integrated third-party service property management software, via a secure email link. This same system will also be used for communication outside of the Airbnb platform, including email and messaging.
✱If your reservation is made more than 2 days before check-in, the system will place a “test hold" to verify the payment method. This initial "test hold" will be released after 2 days of verification, and the “actual security hold” will be applied again 2 days before your arrival, as scheduled, for the duration of your stay.

Parties or birthday parties and celebrations are not permitted exceeding the occupancy limit.

For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back deck area. They are 24/7 motion-activated and record video.

No Smoking or Vaping of any kind No Fireworks Permitted, Maximum number of pets is 2.

Must be 25 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement which will require you to upload a valid government photo ID in order to complete your reservation. Please look out for an email from us, after you have completed your booking.

Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.
