Deer Crossing Cabin invites you to experience the best of Broken Bow. Located in the heart of Hochatown and minutes way from Broken Bow Lake. Easy access to Beaver's Bend State Park and Marina without having to get back on HW 259. You and your family can enjoy the lake, the state park, eateries, and spend time around the fireplace making s'mores. It is the perfect setting for a weekend getaway or longer stay.

2 bedroom / 1 bathroom cabin. Bedroom 1 has a TV and king bed and bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed.

The cabin is located off of highway 259 and does not require a 4x4 to get in and out. You can access the marina without getting back onto 259.

The kitchen is equipped with just about everything you would need to whip up your meals (minus the food of course). You will find a Keurig and coffee maker (please bring your own coffee).

Hot tub: due to supply chain issues, we are still waiting to get the jets replaced. The hot tub works very well otherwise.

Cabin is located next to other cabins, we are not in a secluded remote location.

Rates are subject to change until management confirms your reservation.

All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.

4 Human Maximum. If you bring more humans than accounted for on your reservation we will charge you $100 per human over said number.

There are cameras in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately.

The cabin is in the woods. You will likely see and hear critters. Please do not feed wildlife.

The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

No late check-out or early check-in. If this should happen we reserve the right to charge $50 per hour.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.

Fires are only allowed inside the firepit or the bbq grill. NO fires anywhere else otherwise.

No smoking inside. $100 fine

By confirming your reservation all parties hereby agree to adhere to the Rental Agreement.

Nice little cabin in the woods

Check in was very easy. The cabin was vey nice and clean! We had everything we needed. The free Wi-Fi was very nice because service in Hochatown is kind of scarce. We will definitely rent again when down in the area!!

Beds were horrible Hard as a rock. Pine sol smell was strong so had to go buy a candle. Otherwise it was ok. NO deer seen and also neighborhood was mobile homes. Etc.
