Cabin Therapy - Luxury Cabin Near ATV Trails

Come and stay at our 2022 built rustic luxury cabin in Broken Bow - Cabin Therapy for the summer! This single story cabin is in a great location bordering vacant land and is minutes from Hochatown. Do you want to stay in a more secluded area where there aren't 2000 cabins? This neighborhood has about 120 lots and is quiet. There are off-road trails accessible from property that will get you to the lake. Property is 1 acre of towering pines! There is a huge custom kid's outdoor playset built in 2023 that will keep them busy for hours! Great cabin for families for up to 9 people! Sleeping arrangements include 2 king bedroom suites, built-in triple bunks in the hallway, and a queen sofa sleeper. Cabin Therapy is NOT located within the town limits, and therefore NOT subject to the Hochatown sales tax and lodging tax for cabin rentals, so booking this cabin will save you 7% relative to cabins within town limits! Book this cabin today before the season gets completely booked up! Note, the minimum age to rent this cabin is 25.

BEDROOMS: The cabin has 2 master bedroom suites with private bathroom and king size beds, both with Smart TVs. One bedroom has a large dresser and the other one with a desk and chair for working (if you must), and access to the back deck. Hallway has built-in twin size triple bunks for kids and small adults.

BATHROOMS: Each master has an en-suite full bathroom with double vanity in gorgeous granite and large tile shower and private toilet closet. There is also a half bath in the hallway. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and makeup removal towels are provided in each bathroom, as well as plenty of towels.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is well stocked to prepare meals, and includes stovetop, double oven, large farm sink, and side-by-side refrigerator. Also included are several cooking utensils and small appliances for your convenience (crockpot, griddle, blender), a variety of basic spices (seasoning salt, cumin, chili powder, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper), and cooking oil. For coffee, we provide both a coffee maker if you want a full pot, and a Keurig for single serve, and we supply both coffee and K-cups, as well as Splenda. Bring your favorite sweeteners and creamers for your coffee!

INTERNET/WIFI: High speed internet (1GB) and WiFi is available to be used as needed - streaming services, WiFi calling, and internet. The name and password is available upon booking!

DISPOSABLE SUPPLIES: We are happy to supply toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, basic cleaners, etc. for a short stay. Additionally, we stock paper plates, storage baggies, and aluminum foil.

LIVING ROOM: The living room is spacious for relaxing or enjoying some together time with your family and friends. There is a leather sleeper sofa, loveseat, and 2 club chairs, and a chess table. Enjoy a fire any time of the year in the stone fireplace with gas logs. There are also games, puzzles, and books to enjoy, as well as a cocktail table classic arcade with 400+ games. The 65" Smart TV is available for your entertainment using a few free channels and your streaming accounts.

DINING: Beautiful river dining table that seats 7 people, 3 counter height barstools, and there is also plenty of outdoor dining spaces.

DECK: The huge back deck provides 800sf in outdoor living space for your outdoor enjoyment. There is plenty of seating, as well as tables for dining. Also included on the deck is a huge stone fireplace with gas logs, and a 65" Smart TV. It is a perfect spot to sit outside with a nice cold or warm beverage while enjoying the outdoors. Also provided is a NEW propane gas grill to cook juicy steaks or burgers! Luxury hot tub with seating for 6 - 7 people is steaming and ready for use! Hot tub water and chemicals are changed after every guest!

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES: On site, we have provided a horseshoe pit with horseshoes, cornhole, a wood burning firepit with 6 Adirondack chairs and roasting sticks to make hot dogs or smores, and a huge custom outdoor playset for the kids that will keep them busy for hours! We do not provide firewood, however you may bring your own or buy some in Hochatown.

EV CHARGER: There is an EV charger outlet that is a Nema 14-50 220v/240v plug. This is not a Tesla specific outlet. Guest needs to provide their owner cords/adapters as needed to use the EV charger. A picture of the outlet is provided in the photos.

LOCATION: 10 minutes north of Hochatown, the cabin is in a new development called Pine Hills North Phase 3. Located on the east side of Hwy 259, the development has access to ATV trails that go to the lake! Our cabin borders hunting club land, so no cabins will be built on that side of the road.

SAFETY: There are combination smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in the living room and both bedrooms. There are also fire extinguishers in the kitchen and outside near the grill and firepit. There is a first aid kit available as well located in the hallway bathroom.

NO PETS ALLOWED: This is a pet free cabin.

SMOKING: Smoking is ONLY allowed outdoors.
