We had a great time with our one night stay, hot tub was awesome with TV to watch and we mainly just "netflix and chilled". Cabin was very clean and comfortable.
Wow, this property exceeded our expectations by far. Beautiful, clean, modern yet cabin vibes. Close to everything too. One small tip, you likely won’t have cell service so be sure to write down the access code and wifi password when the instructions are sent to you. We had to leave for town to get service to access the wifi password in the instructions. Or I would recommend the host to have a welcome sheet that had the wifi password on it.
This place was unbelievable. Such great communication with the host. So friendly, and the house was just beautiful. Very luxurious feel. Perfect for a couples retreat. Me and my wife are certainly coming back!
We come to BB every holiday season and I believe this was our favorite stay so far. The location is a smidge away from the main attraction area which we loved. The place is well stocked and comfortable. Amenities are great and there wasn’t an ant problem at the fire pit like every other location where we have stayed.
I really enjoy my stay the cabin it’s so beautiful I really like it. The only thing I don’t like it’s the area around the cabin for 2 miles your phone internet doesn’t work but everything else it’s completely fantastic.

Honest Review- NOT a "retreat"
I am writing this review because you, the guest, deserve to have accurate facts and details of what you are paying for. My husband and I were looking to get away from the stresses of city life and relax in Broken Bow. We have been to the area many times before. We are also well traveled and have rented with Vrbo many times over the past 10+ years. We rely heavily on Vrbo reviews when choosing rentals, which is why I felt it necessary to write an honest review with facts about this rental. We chose this rental due to the description online, the provided pictures and the positive reviews.
The pros: The house is brand new and clean. The house is staged very pretty. It's modern farmhouse and the finishes are all very nice throughout. The house was easy to find. The check in process was super easy and the property manager was very responsive and friendly when I contacted her.
The cons: I realize that some of the cons listed are not in control of the property manager, but we did feel misled by the description of the property as well as the pictures of the outside. #1 The house is in a brand new construction area. There are unfinished houses and trash littering the road to the house. The lot across the street has a camper on it and we saw construction workers get out of it one morning to work on another house across the street. There are also 2 cabins on either side, and a cabin directly behind. We don't expect total seclusion, but there are limited window coverings throughout the house and in the master bedroom, and we felt exposed with all of the windows. We love the windows and the light, but there needs to be more coverings. We ended up stuffing pillows in the windows to have some privacy. We also didn't spend any time on the back porch due to the cabin directly behind. #2 The traffic noise from hwy 259 is pretty disruptive. In fact, the hwy is so close you can actually see the cars passing by from inside the house. It was so loud inside of the house that we paired our phone to a bluetooth speaker and played white noise whenever we were in the house. We also had to run this all night long to be able to not hear traffic at night. # 3 The mattress in the bedroom is ROCK HARD. We like firm but this was CEMENT. We didn't get much sleep and it was hurting our necks and backs. The sofa in the den, same thing. Looks pretty, not comfortable. Same with the sofa on back porch, hard as a rock. The house is pretty, but it's not comfortable inside or out!
The best experience! Beautiful property, very clean and had everything you could need for a relaxing stay! We plan to make this our yearly trip! We didn't want to leave!
My wife and I spent our 14th anniversary here. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax. Cabin was full of everything we needed from cookware and laundry soap.
The declarations inside are so beautiful.
