"The water play and swimming pool is the highlight of our trip, my daughter love playing with water. "

"We booked a twin room on Hotels.com but when we arrived at our room, it was one king bed. The twin bed information was not passed on to the hotel. However, the staff were so accommodating, with no fuss they brought the new room key to us and showed us to the new, upgraded accommodation (a 2 bedroom apartment) which made our stay very comfortable. Thank you Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort."
