"Our room was not a refurbished one. My bedside light was not working, flushing the toilet was not good, the shower had a problem the wash water stayed in, the towels very old and worn out, the TV set didnā€™t work, the changed it when I reported it though. The staff were polite but not experienced with international guests and their bank cards. We rushed to do whatever we needed to do before it went dark, because the lights were ever sooo dim. Otherwise ok!"

"Lovely room with views of the Rhine. Food mostly very good, fortunately so, since there isnā€™t much nearby for dining. Breakfast felt very expensive though it was good. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. We liked the option to have ā‚¬5 back for each night for not having cleaning. There was some building work going on which shook the whole building rather early in the morning! I would stay again, however."
