"I received friendly service from the moment I arrived until the very last minute. The smiles of the staff were genuine, and you could see that they take pride in what they do and where they work. Even the garden personnel would greet warmly and with friendliness. The space we occupied (SEAF12) was spotless and clean. I could not fault anything."

"The staff were friendly and helpful..the rooms were clean and tidy and also the amenities were good...only one major issue is when there was a power failure for about 16 hours we didn't have any backup power supply from the hotel....other than that it was a great stay."
