"Checked in on May 20th and someone barged into our room (maintenance). There was no water in the pool, had to be moved three different times! Second room their pool area had bugs that were dead on the ground. The speaker in room didn’t work. The lights in the jacuzzi area didn’t work, lamp on table next to tv stand also didn’t work as well. The room in the pool was not cleaned properly and it seemed like the jacuzzi mirrors weren’t as well. When we went to breakfast it was not up to par. Food was cold. Customer service was horrible, very rude and very arrogant. Young lady snatched the bill out of my spouses hand and couldn’t even politely explain to us where to pay. Expected us to know. When we asked she rudely said “leave it there”. assuming we’d be using the card on file. Didn’t ask if we wanted to use different one. The amenities were not able to be used due to them leaving everything in the rain. Half the amenities didn’t work as well. We paid over 1500 and couldn’t enjoy ourself at the actual resort. When trying to get in touch with general manager all they kept doing was telling us he’d be there around 2:30-3pm and wasn’t. When we finally were able to get in contact with him. He stated he’d give us 100$ off, didn’t. Gave us 72$ and it didn’t actually come off. Charged us stuff to our rooms that he claimed to take off. On day of checking out, staff were very rude and dismissive and not trying to help us. Put their hands in my spouses face and more. Never stay here!!"

"I called specifically to book a certain room and my reservation room was moved without any confirmation. I have allergies and I like to cook food for myself when I’m away - but the room I was given did not have a kitchen even though I called specifically to book that type of room. When I alerted the front desk about this, they said it was “ someone new” who moved me and there was nothing they could do. I could hear the entire phone call of them talking about me and it was super uncomfortable they said I was “ super upset” and no accountability was given to staff. The room that I was given, had several stains and even had crumbs on the bed upon check-in. There were also stains in the tub. The walls are paper thin so if your neighbor is playing TV loudly you will hear it. The check-in coffee was cold and it did not seem that they were going to refill it . Any amenities that were requested I had to go down to the front desk and get them (they don’t bring them up for you). One perk was that breakfast was ready on time."

"Bathroom was a disaster! Bathtub literally had a 1/4 pound of dirt in the tub! I took pictures! A small towel and soap was placed on rim of tub! So whoever made up bathroom had to see it! After someone came into bathroom to clean it.. he used two used towels and a bottle of some cleaner to get rid of the dirt! I had to run shower to get rid of whatever chemicals in the cleaner .. and the drain was clogged enough to have 3 inches of water in it as I was showering! Lastly .. not one person even apologized ! For it!"

"Excellent value and location to get anywhere in the Lehigh Valley, with clean rooms and lobby. The property is very safe. The building is older but again clean. Depending on who is at the check-in desk the reception and pleasantness range from fair to very good."

"Loved staying here: the only issue I had was they did not discuss the amount of the security deposit while checking in and automatically charged my card an extra $200. I feel communication on their end should have been better with that. The room was very nice but once we turned the AC on in the bedroom a bunch of black stuff shot out all over the bed. Def did not enjoy that. Maybe it just needed a good cleaning prior to use."
