Relaxation
A warm welcome to our dear guests in our cosy, lovingly decorated two-room holiday apartment in a residential complex with a garden near the Schlossteich, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach and the picturesque cliffs on the Schwansen Peninsula. ️
Schönhagen is a relaxed and peaceful place, far away from the tourist hustle and bustle. Here, you can take a walk along the water on the endless beach and let your mind wander.

Amenities
The bright, quiet, and allergy-friendly holiday apartment consists of a cosy living room, a dining area with a view of the patio/garden, and a modern kitchenette. There is also a cosy bedroom and a small, charming bathroom. A small safe is available for your valuables.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, but is, of course, allowed on the terrace.
We personally handle the cleaning of the holiday rental.

Cooking & Dining
The open, cosy, and modern kitchen area features a fully equipped built-in kitchen with comfortable seating and a beautiful view of the greenery. Here you can prepare delicious holiday meals, which can also be enjoyed on the sunny terrace.

Terrace & Garden
From the dining area, you step out onto the south-facing terrace. There you’ll find modern garden chairs with footstools, a parasol, and a beach chair—perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine or a book from our bookshelf.

Sleep & Dream
For a restful night’s sleep, the cosy north-facing bedroom features a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm and a view of the front garden that’s perfect for dreaming. With the window open, you’ll be gently awakened in the morning by birdsong and the rustling of the poplar trees.

Bathroom
The newly renovated bathroom, featuring a nautical theme and a small window, includes new bathroom furniture, a nearly flush shower pan with a shower screen, Grohe thermostatic faucets, and storage surfaces. A hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror are, of course, also provided.

Relaxing
The comfortable sleeper sofa (sleeping area 140 cm x 200 cm) with pillows and a throw blanket can be pulled out as needed. You can easily watch your favourite films on satellite TV. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. You’ll find a small radio with Bluetooth and various games in the chest of drawers in the hallway. Books and reading material are, of course, also available.

Parking, Bicycles & Keys
The on-site car park is located right next to the house and is just a few steps away.
In front of the apartment complex, there are bike racks where you can lock up your bicycle. A small shed for bicycles is also available.
You can arrive completely stress-free, as the key to the holiday rental is kept in a key safe.

Baby/Toddler
Upon request, we can provide a travel cot, a high chair, children’s cutlery, and a booster seat.

There is a large playground on the beach.

For babies and toddlers, we offer a cosy hooded towel and a blanket to ensure restful nights—a relief for parents. This can be booked for an additional 20 €.

Bedding and Towel Package
A bedding package including 1 bath towel, 2 hand towels, and 2 washcloths can be booked for an additional 20 € per person. The beds will be made upon your arrival.

Fees
We charge a one-time fee of 59 euros for final cleaning.

Visitor’s Tax
The municipality of Schönhagen charges a visitor’s tax that varies by season (currently
0.64 € or 1.28 € per adult per day). Please check the Schönhagen-Ostsee Tourist Information website for the most up-to-date details.
We will calculate this visitor’s tax shortly before your arrival and notify you of the amount.
We kindly ask that you transfer the amount separately before your arrival. We will leave the completed visitor registration cards (for which we need the names of all travellers) in the apartment upon your arrival.

Miscellaneous
We rent out three separate holiday apartments in this residential complex. The three apartments can also be combined to create the perfect holiday home for a family or couples (with children). (LundLand.de)
