"Das Frühstück war super klasse, vorallem das Rührei und die frischen Kuchen und Schokocroissant. Das Personal sehr nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer leider ohne Klimaanlage, was im Sommer sicher spürbar ist, da den ganzen Tag die Sonne auf das Haus scheint und es nur ein kleines Fenster in der Eingangstür zum kippen gibt (es lässt sich ganz öffnen aber direkt auf Einstiegshöhe). Ansonsten sehr sauber. Das Grundstück an sich ist super mit den vielen Möglichkeiten für die ganze Familie....

"Reception desk is never staffed. When you get there, you are supposed to call a number, and then they will text you back. Room keys are in an unlocked box. If someone grabs your key, oh well. There is 1-2 staff there in the mornings to run the breakfast and clean rooms. If something goes wrong, and it is after hours, the person that texts back will tell you it is too late, and then tells you to cancel the booking. If you ask them to handle it, they will simply stop responding. We came back to the room about 11pm and found ants going crazy on the floor. Yup, we got swiftly ignored. We were promised "someone" will take care of it in the morning, but when we talked to the staff at breakfast, it was obvious that nothing had been communicated to them. That said, the staff was very helpful, and took care of things. It is quite apparent that the "boss" runs everything remotely and is not in the least bit interested in serving their customers. The breakfast was ok the first day, but then they started to run out of things and never replenished. For example, yogurt was gone after day 2. The rooms are poorly organized. Aside from the ants, the outlet by the bedside was Also, the grounds are totally overgrown."
