If you want a good night's sleep then this is not the place for you! Mattress rock hard i had little to no sleep at all. Everything else was spot on

Comfortable and clean room with a generous amount of tea/coffee (and milk!) and biscuits. My only criticism would be that there was no extractor fan (or maybe it was broken) in the bathroom.

Always good service
Have stayed a few times when visiting friends in the area - staff are always attentive, rooms are comfortable and great breakfasts. Only complaint this time was noise from the room above but not something the hotel could help (they did speak to the guests and they quieted a litlle).
