Located in Brixen im Thale, this penthouse apartment has 4 bedrooms and hosts a group of 10 people or multiple families. There are 2 wonderful balconies to enjoy the spectacular views the apartment offers with close proximity to the ski area.

You should not miss the fun of skiing at Skiwelt WilderKaiser-Brixental ski area. Summers are also exciting with hiking, mountain biking, and paragliding. Activities like tennis, e-bike, and swimming are also possible in the area including the Sport Hotel next door to the penthouse.

All your basic needs are available within reach as supermarket and restaurants are only 300m away. Ski bus is available 200 m away.

The modern kitchen is well-equipped and you can cook meals during your stay. Relax on the balcony, sipping your morning coffee and enjoying the view. There is a 10 seater dining table in the living room for the whole group to have breakfast together. Parking and free WiFi are arranged for the guests. Ski storage is also provided. Main line trains and buses are at a walkable distance of 200 m.

An ideal apartment

We were a family of 8 and the apartment couldn't have been better for our group. Plenty of beds, bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. Close to transport as we didnt have a car and a short walk to a supermarket and a few restaurants. A 20 minute bus trip to Kitzbuhl. We were all given a card on arrival and that gave us free transport. One negative there was no laundry facility for the apartment but the caretaker kindly let us use the washing machine in the basement. Also the kitchen could have had a few carving knives as there was only a bread knife but had plenty of crockery. We all loved the apartment.

Mooi appartement, idyllisch gelegen tussen de drukke toegangsweg van Brixen en het spoorstation. Waardoor aan enig geluidsoverlast niet te ontkomen is. Appartement wordt verkocht als 4-kamer/10 personen. Wat niet vermeld wordt is dat een van de kamers slechts bereikt kan worden door een andere kamer heen. Dit is essentiële info die helaas (bewust) nergens vermeld wordt. Verder blinkt het appartement uit door slechte keuzes qua inrichting en uitrusting. Allemaal net niet. Was het verschrikkelijk. Nee, dat niet. Door prima reisgenoten hebben we een prachtige vakantie gehad. Mooi skigebied en prima verbindingen (trein/bus) naar de liften of Kirchberg / Kitzbühel. Ook Westendorf om de hoek.

We werden ontvangen door een dame die geen uitleg gaf over de verhuring. Buiten op de parking werd de waarborg + de kosten voor de eindschoonmaak (250 euro!!) cash betaald. Bij vertrek hebben we niemand meer gezien (sleutel via sleutelslotje). Thuisgekomen stel ik vast dat men slechts 165 euro van de waarborg heeft teruggestort; met in de overschrijving een mededeling dat het afval niet verwijderd werd. Het afval werd op het terras verzameld in de daarvoor voorziene vuilbakken, verder hebben we het appartement netjes achtergelaten (niet tegenstaande dat we al 250 euro voor de eindschoonmaak betaald hadden). Men zou vooraf toelichting kunnen geven!

We hadden een heerlijke zonnige wintersportweek! Prachtige ruime en schone accommodatie, de foto's komen overeen met de werkelijkheid. Goede ontvangst, gemakkelijk in contact te komen met contactpersoon bij vragen. Keukeninventaris goed berekend op groot gezelschap. We misten, zoals ook in eerder review genoemd, een map met info over dorp (over bv arts en apotheek, noodgevallen, afvalscheiding/ophaalplaats, maar ook dat je korting krijgt op skihuur bij Fuchs als je noemt dat je in Belvilla verblijft) Mindere punten de eettafelstoelen zijn heel erg diep en laag tov tafelblad, er missen stopcontacten op belangrijke plaatsen (blij met zelf meegebrachte stekkerdoos) en er zijn weinig mogelijkheden om voor het hele gezelschap bv handdoeken, skisokken etc te laten drogen.

Mooi en ruim appartement. We hebben een hele fijne week gehad. We misten alleen een map met informatie over huisartsen en dergelijke. Een thermostaat zou ook fijn zijn zodat je zelf de temperatuur kunt regelen. Verder was het huis van alle gemakken voorzien.

het is een zeer ruim nieuw appartement (beslaat volledige oppervlak van het gebouw) met een groot balkon op de zon-zijde. Voor jonge kinderen (onder de 3 jaar) is het echter ongeschikt met betrekking tot veiligheid. Wellicht dat de eigenaar hier wat aan zal doen en dat het tzt wel prima is. Met een traphek en bescherming van stopcontacten is het namelijk verholpen.
