Very friendly staff who also spoke English which was really helpful for me. Comfortable and clean room and bathroom. Nice sunny day room downstairs for breakfast with a good selection of breakfast food. Very reasonably priced.

Good Stay at Brive-la-Gaillarde

We arrived a bit early and they accommodated us. Parking was free and across the street from hotel. 5 minute walk from city Centre. Very nice and comfortable room. Only issue - it was getting warm and air conditioning was not available yet. Open balcony door and it was fine for evening.

Chambre ultra propre et toute neuve. très jolie en plus. Un service au top. Nous avons oublié des affaire de toilette, l'hôtel nous les a mis de côté et nous sommes passés les récupérer quelques jours après. Nous ne pouvons que recommander.

Bon séjour, mais accueil particulier

Arrivée vers 19h30, l’accueil était tenu par la même personne qui tenait le bar et le restaurant, donc la personne courrait un peu de partout. Un bug sur leur ordinateur a donné l’information comme quoi je n’avais pas encore payé la chambre donc on me l’a fait payer à nouveau… J’ai pu demander un remboursement, encore en attente de ce dernier. Et puis, lors de la réservation via le site, il était indiqué qu’il était possible de payer le petit déjeuner sur place. Lors de mon arrivée j’ai demandé s’il serait possible, il m’a répondu que normalement non mais vu le nombre de petit déjeuner, c’était tout de même possible. Le lendemain matin, vers 9:30, la personne a l’accueil a refusé car elle avait déjà commencé à ranger, alors que normalement l’heure limite était 10:30. Déçue au niveau de l’accueil néanmoins, le reste de l’hôtel, les couloirs ou encore les chambres sont très bien. Propreté plus que correcte, literie très agréable, chambre très lumineuse. De manière générale, plutôt satisfaite même si l’accueil n’est pas le meilleur.

Lamentable

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, l’écoute de l’accueil nous a fait croire à un pb ponctuel. Sauf que nos enfants avait une chambre dans une autre aile de l’hôtel avec le même problème. Et après avoir fait une recherche d’avis sur Google d’autres clients ont eu ce problème les jours précédents. Le mutisme des employés est consternant. Je ne parle même pas d’une sous vêtement retrouvé dans la salle de bain signe que le professionnalisme n’est pas au niveau dans cet établissement. Il ne devrait même pas être au niveau Ibis. Lamentable

Hôtel bien situé par rapport au centre-ville et chambre tres confortable. Par contre dans la chambre, il manque le radiateur dans la salle de bains, une bouilloire et une couette d'hiver. Aussi l'accès à l'hôtel par escaliers n'est pas très pratique

Les employés de l'hôtel sont très accueillants et professionnels, cependant l'hôtel en lui même pêche sérieusement, il passe pour un trois étoiles et est assez coûteux pour une qualité qui laisse plus qu'à désirer. La première chambre qui m'à été proposée, la porte était défoncée et ne fermait par correctement sur le couloir, donc niveau isolation sonore et intimité ce n'est pas optimal. La deuxième était censé être un surclassement, chambre plus grande, celle-ci était datée, et l'état général laisse à désirer, tâches sur les rideaux, poussière sur les aérations, lattes de parquet disjointes et parquet gondolé, baignoire mal entretenu, cache désaxé et moisissures sur les joints. Clairement pas au niveau d'un hôtel supposément de ce standing et à ces prix !
