The first-floor apartment without an elevator consists of:

- A LIVING AREA: Enjoy a comfortable sofa, ideal for your TV evenings, and high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected. The room is also air-conditioned.

- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You will find: hotplates, microwave, refrigerator, as well as a Senseo coffee machine, a kettle, and everything you need to cook.

- A MODERN BATHROOM: Relax under a walk-in shower. Towels and a hairdryer are at your disposal.

## Access

Access to the accommodation is simple and flexible. You will have the entire apartment to yourself so you can feel right at home.

INDEPENDENT CHECK-IN: You can check in independently from 3 p.m. using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet at the time of your arrival.

PARKING: The accommodation does not have a parking space, but you can park very easily on the avenue.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: You are ideally located to explore the city. There are bus stops at the bottom of the building. The train station is a 3-minute walk away. In addition, you are only a 7-minute walk from the city center.

## Notes

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of some important information:
HOUSE RULES: The accommodation is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Respect for the neighborhood is essential between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 3 p.m. / Check-out before 10 a.m. Flexibility is possible depending on availability, so please don't hesitate to ask. For check-outs between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged.
CLEANING: Cleaning fees include the complete cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linen and towels.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be debited from your account but will be pre-authorized.
