"The room was very clean and comfortable, it had a nice view. It's location is great and very accesible. Breakfast was good and the staff were very nice and welcoming."
"Limited..all the way around. Poor beeding and pillows. Lumited Towels no hand towells, limited tp, soap shampoo. Damaged floor...breakfast was limited...cannot have 2 cups of coffee refill without paying. No gym...other than that a place to sleep. Wish i had rented a diff. Place. Will never go back"
"The room is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax. The air conditioning unit is quite old; although it worked, it had its quirks when turning it on and off.
The main issue was the shower. The water pressure was very low and the flow came out with little force, which made showering less satisfying. I mentioned it to the hotel staff, but they explained that this was the maximum water pressure they could provide.
Overall, the room is acceptable, but the water pressure in the shower is something they should definitely improve."
"The description of the hotel and area were very misleading. The hotel is in a business district and due to the Easter/ Holy week holidays nothing in the area was open. the hotel was deserted and I may have been the only guest. No restaurant, no breakfast at hotel or near by, essentially a ghost town. I sadly prepaid for 5 nights. When I checked out after one night there was no accommodation for a partial refund. No manager available for the 5 days and the next week I was told No Refunds. If this is a vacation this is not the hotel for you. Moved to the Mira Flores area and was much happier despite the extra payment. "
"The hotel outdoor parking seemed secured enough, there is not enough space to park at front when it gets busy. The staff was always ready to help, kind, and courteous. Breakfast was really nice and flavorful. I enjoyed the Omelette with veggies, fresh fruit, and juice. The chef was always checking-in... I definitely come back again. Thank you!! "
