"Our room wasn’t cleaned at all. The bed, kitchen, and bathroom are all dirty. Nobody was at the front desk and they didn’t pick up our calls. We’ve never seen anything like this before. This is totally unacceptable. We would give negative star if we could!"

"We have no complaints about the actual condo. I will say, if you’re bigger people the furniture doesn’t seem suited for larger people. Nothing actually broke, but I was nervous. lol. We stayed for 1 night before our cruise and I will say it was convenient to get to the cruise port. I only gave location 3 stars, but none of this was the hosts fault. We used the train to get from the airport to the condo and then from the condo to the cruise port. For this location there is no easy way to get...
