The hotel felt very unloved. Our room was OK, but the bottom sheet didn’t fit - it was too small, the mattress protector underneath was also too small and very uncomfortable. The shower gets/soap was poor quality and the towels were thin and old.

Spacious room with all necessary facilities like ironing board, iron, full size hair dryer. Lots of storage. Can hear sirens and any loud noises outside as its in city centre. But overall decent stay. Room smelt fine but areas around had a smell.

Good location for some eateries and pubs. Area to the rear of the property not so attractive. Outside the ULEZ zone if you park in Cabot circus.

Welcomed nicely by reception Room was nice but right opposite lifts, so lots of noise from guests coming and going. Could hear the housekeepers talking and complaining about the rooms and guests when cleaning. Shower head was filthy and didn’t work properly. So had to clean it myself to get it spray correctly. Was nice to have free parking in the multi store next door which was big benefit. Overall good but could have been better.

Very clean and very professional looking hotel Really pleased with the room and the facilities on offer I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay close to town and who may require the transport links

Spacious room with reasonable temperature control. Comfortable bed with good selection of pillows. Very convenient for Cabot Circus. Parking next door. Good breakfast selection. Staff helpful.

Nice clean and pleasant hotel. Friendly staff and very handy for city centre and attractions. About 20 min walk to station. Only comment - breakfast was expensive - so ate out in preference. But would book again - and in fact second time I have stayed here.

Good hotel to spend a night in Bristol when visiting the HiFi show. Close to the event, quiet (if your room is at the back), the Cabot shopping centre is across the road and there are lots of dining option nearby. I walked there from Temple Meads station, very easy. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast and good selection of free hot drinks in the room

Great hotel as it is close to the shops. Parking in Cabot Service is really convenient and £9 for 24 hrs if the hotel validates the ticket. Bed was too soft for me, which I found uncomfortable but didnt spoil my stay. The lights in the room are not great, either all on or all off. Reception staff very nice and helpful. Food in the hotel was okay but preferredto eat out on our 2nd night.

Rooms are a bit ‘tired’ and could do with a bit of attention but were ok for the price paid. Hotel is ideal for main city centre which is straight across the road, two minute walk, also 20 minutes down to the docks. Easy access to local buses and easy to find off the M4 / M32

We enjoyed a lovely stay over the weekend. Unfortunately we had to swap rooms quite late at night due to facilities not working, but the night porter on duty was exceptionally helpful and we ended up with a bigger room. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Location was great for shopping. Overall we had a brilliant stay and would recommend to friends and family. We will hopefully return very soon.
