Perfect option for my daughter’s graduation from King University. Easy walk to a grocery store and to the university. We were able to avoid the chaos of trying to park. House was very clean and comfortable.

Clean and convenient

We were comfortable here. Plenty of space for 4 people. Close to downtown and The Fly Box. We have stayed here before and will stay again.

This is a lovely property in that still has character with being updated. Neighborhood is quiet even though you are minutes from everything. Highly recommend and will stay again.

Charming ranch

This home has been updated with love. It is clean and comfortable with a nicely equipped kitchen. It worked perfectly for the 4 adults we had staying. Nice quiet neighborhood yet close to shops.

Super Close To King University

House was great! We cooked several meals. The kitchen was very well equipped & the gas grill was also a bonus! My college son was well fed as were his friends. We would stay here again!

Location, location

The house is perfectly located for activities in Virginia or Tennessee. We had a high school reunion and other activities, and we never more than 10-20 minutes from any of them. The host answered all our questions. Would stay here again

Racing fun

5 adults we came down for the weekend. Half of us went to racetrack for races and the other half spent the day shopping and then relaxed at the house watching TV. It was a short fun packed get away

Girls trip

Loved the house and all the original items in the house. Very quiet. Only thoughts are the ice machine did not work and the shower in the guest bathroom was not great. Water did not come out of all the holes in the shower and it took a while for hot water. The house is great and hopefully we can rent it again. Thank you.

Great stay

Beautiful, clean home in a great location. Beds for everyone so the teenagers didn't have to share or sleep on a couch. Comfortable beds, plush towels, new patio/deck with a grill & coffee!! So nice to not have to buy coffee and filters. The toilet paper wasnt even the cheap stuff. 🙂We had visits from deer in the yard at night. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again. I'm originally from the area and still have family there, and this may very well be my stay at place anytime I'm visiting. Thanks again for opening your home to us. ❤️

Just ok

The house was cute but there were some issues inside - the tub faucet in the primary bathroom dripped continuously, there were no towels in the second bathroom (finally found them in the dryer), the area rug in the living room was curled causing a tripping hazard, minimal cookware, the gas grill and grill tools were too dirty to use, no ice cube trays, the large outside trash can was almost full when we arrived. The multi-plug towers in each bedroom were good to have and appreciated. The decor was relaxing.

Check-in was a breeze. The house was charming, and the host thought of everything. We appreciated the level of detail. All the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of games and reading materials to keep us busy during the downtimes. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location was convenient to the Bristol Sportsplex, where we were attending a pro pickleball tournament. Grocery store was nearby.
