"This apartment was very clean and well-stocked. It was comfortable and cozy. It is in a great location in the center of Connecticut, a very nice, quiet neighborhood. We went on the hiking path just minutes from the front door. We went to Massachusetts, NYC, and Rhode Island, all were a hour and half or less away. In the backyard, we ate in the covered patio and sat around the firepit. There were top-notch grocery stores or dining options within five miles. Our host was responsive and caring. "

"Location was great. Lots of things to do and many nearby options for eating and drinks. View was disappointing—dark and one window facing a brick wall. Biggest complaint was neighbors and noise—first two nights there was loud music and parties until early morning hours."

"The check-in process was easy and all instructions were clear. Jonathan, the owner, was very responsive and easy to get a hold of if I had any questions. The place was cute, clean, and perfect for what I needed (a place to stay during my medical school rotation). As the review says, it is not ideal for taller guests as the roof slopes down in certain areas, but I found the place cozy."

"This was a convenient stay for us while visiting family in the area, and a good value compared to others in the area. Happy that they had laundry facilities. Complimentary coffee was not half bad! Bathroom is small. Fitness room has no WiFi or cell signal. Both of those are minor things though. Staff was super friendly and helpful."

"I travel to this area for work and as a woman, I felt safe in this hotel both the parking and my room. My room was just steps to the lobby and eating area. This hotel is a great deal as it has the privacy and anonymity (if you want it) of a hotel, but the ambience of a B & B. If you want a bit of a homelike atmosphere, this is your place. Also all the staff I encountered at the front desk were delightful and I have stayed at other Classic Hotels. This is my new "go to" for the Farmington/Avon area. I will be back!"
