"The place was okay… but I do think the property listing is deceptive. No internet, which it does say so in the listing but as a tiny detail. In 2026… I think this is a MAJOR future that one needs to address. It’s not a minor feature, it’s a basic necessity. Plus, the air conditioner was not suited in size for the apartment. "A very enjoyable 4 days stay particularly as I was able to acquire a portable A/C unit from the very helpful reception staff - I arrived in 38C!! Located within walking distance of everything in beautiful Angers but very quiet as it’s in the University zone. There’s a supermarket minutes away as are lovely walks along the river to the château. The room itself was pristine and comfortable. Ticked all my boxes and hope to return again next year."
