appartement de confort moyen literie en très mauvais état je suis surprise que vous ne contrôliez pas plus les locations que vous mettez en ligne ,la propreté était tout juste acceptable la distance pour la cure largement sous estimer toute fois le propriétaire à était plutôt amical et nous a avoué ne plus mètre son bien en location, je ne repasserais pas par vous pour une autre location je n'aurais pas confience cordialement

Le propriétaire a été très rapide à répondre à mes demandes et toujours prompt à les satisfaire. Le logement est conforme à la description, facile d'accès et très bien placé pour profiter de la région.. J'y retournerai bien volontier.

L'appartement est conforme à la description ; c'est pas le grand confort mais pour le prix c'est super. Idéal pour 2 personnes, mais à 4 ça me paraît trop juste. Pas loin du lac, accessible à pied (plage de Brison-Saint-Innocent, herbeuse et très agréable). À noter qu'on peut aussi aller à pied à Aix-les-Bains (une grosse demi-heure de marche pour l'esplanade).

Positif: studio tres bien placé aux portes d aix les bains. Prix attractif. Négatif : La propreté L arrivée tres expeditive, proprio visiblement tres pressé de nous larguer les clés et de partir

Très beau séjour en savoie. Le logement laisse a désirer. Toile de poussières dans la SDB, manque de rangements pour les courses de la semaine , meublé avec de la récupération ( bric a brac. Radiateurs très sales. J'ai dû laver mon bol petit déjeuner avant de l'utiliser, encore les traces du dernier usage. Autrement, bien situé, possibilité d'aller a Aix les bains a pieds, boulangerie a proximité.

Appartement petit pour 4 personnes mais avec des enfants ça passe. Nous y sommes allés avec 2 enfants de 6 et 7 ans ils ont mangé sur la table basse (ça leur a plu). Le petit hic c'est le canapé convertible suffisant pour des enfants de petit gabarit mais inconfortable pour des adultes ( on sent tous les ressorts et barres métalliques). A part ça, l'appartement est fonctionnel.

La literie est confortable, la douche est petite mais fonctionnelle. En revanche j’ai ouvert le congélateur qui était rempli d’eau avec de la moisissure et une odeur nauséabonde, Au delà de ça le propriétaire est sympathique et le logement bien chauffer et la literie en bon état.
