The property itself was nice but there were several issues with the house and the information provided. There was no set of instructions on how to find and use the heat/air con controls, the tvs, kitchen appliances, etc. or what to do on leaving. Amenities such as towels were bare bones with only one towel per person, which would be especially inadequate if it was warm enough to make use of the pool. The kitchen and one of the bathrooms had no hand soap. There were four bedrooms but only two were queens. The other two were singles. One of the singles looked like a part of a trundle and it had a shaky and unstable frame. We were lucky that we had a very lightweight child to sleep in it. The furniture in the upstairs family room was worn and the carpet was faded. The furniture outside was also worn. The owner responded to texts but she was not on sight and so could not attend to issues on a real time basis. For the price charged for this property I would have expected better and more up to date amenities.
