Guest Access
Guests have private use of the entire two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment.
Secure parking is available by request. Please note that at least one day’s notice is required to arrange parking.
Guests also have access to the Level 7 and 7M facilities and recreational deck.
Please note that the pool available is the residential pool within Queen’s Wharf Residence and not the Star Casino pool.
Other Things to Note
Guest Verification & Security Deposit
As there is no front desk or on-site staff, guests are required to complete a pre check-in form after booking confirmation.
This includes:
Photo ID verification before arrival
A $300 refundable damage deposit, returned within three days of checkout provided everything is left in good condition
This process helps us care for the home and ensure a smooth experience for all guests.
Pet-Friendly (By Request)
Pets are welcome with prior approval. Please message us before booking.
$170 pet fee per pet, per stay
Pets must be house-trained
Pets must be kept off furniture unless covered
Pets should not be left alone for long periods
Guests are required to clean up after pets inside and outside
Keys & Access
We provide one apartment key and one lift card by default.
If you require a third set of keys, a $200 refundable security deposit may be requested to cover lost keys or access passes.
