4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house, in the inner city suburb of Woolloongabba. 15 minute walk to Southbank, close to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, Mater Hospital, Gabba Sports Ground, the Convention Centre and public transport. Beautiful timber home with front and back verandas, fully equipped kitchen and off street parking for 2 cars.

Back veranda looking out onto private garden.

- King bed in the main room with en-suite,
- Queen beds in second and third rooms with French doors onto the front veranda, and

This house is close to restaurants and public transport and a convenience store.

There are fans in every room and air conditioning in the living areas.

You will have a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove and all pots and pans, cutlery and crockery.
