Didn’t even make it in the front door due to terrible communication from the owner of the residential apartment. Was definitely not a hotel. You would think he would try to contact me once I made the booking if he was not going to be there to let me in. Rather he just didn’t answer his phone and my girlfriend and I were left standing out in the street for 1.5 hours in the cold. Until we have up and had to organise accommodation at a different building. Even tried using the hotels.com app but it decided not to work

A pain to get in and out.
Pain to check in and check out had to go to a lockbox in a bottle shop to get a key, check out required to drop a key in a box and take a picture to prove your out after having to move the car to the street first. Then only got one key and when requested a second never got a call back. Place was dusty and had some hair around the place. Also booked a city view and didn’t get it. Good location just needs some little things sorted.

I loved how close it was to everything, it’s the perfect size and the pool on the roof is spectacular. The view at night time is amazing. Definitely will stay again if we need to come to Brisbane.
