I would not recommend staying at this property. Upon arrival, the apartment was not properly cleaned — there was visible dirt, hair, dust, and stains, despite a cleaning fee being charged. This was very disappointing and not what you expect when checking in. The Wi-Fi did not work at all during the stay. Despite multiple attempts to fix it and communication with the host, the issue remained unresolved. Additionally, the parking space that was supposed to be included was not available, which caused further inconvenience. While the team was responsive, the issues were not resolved in a timely manner and significantly impacted the overall experience. After multiple follow-ups, only a partial refund of the cleaning fee was offered, which does not fully reflect the level of inconvenience experienced. Overall, the property did not meet basic expectations or match what was advertised.
