The space
Our home is a vintage-inspired, artsy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the heart of West End — Brisbane’s cultural hub. Designed for both travelling professionals and leisure seekers, this home balances style with ease.

Linens + towels + essentials provided. We can provide extra upon prior request for free!

- Master bedroom: a queen bed, a smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower
- Second bedroom: a queen bed
- Second guest bathroom with a shower

We can prepare port-a-cot and/or high chair for families free of charge, please contact us for to arrange the service prior to your arrival!

- Comfy sofa and a 72 inch smart TV with most streaming services available. (No cables service)
- Dining table sits 4
- Basic cooking supplies provided (oil, salt, pepper etc.)
- Crockery sets, utensils, oven, rice cooker, kettle, microwaves etc provided
- Complimentary coffee & tea + seasonal/festival surprises for you if you are here at the right time ;)

- Private Balcony on High Floor, overlooking to west city skyline & Mt Coot-tha from afar!
- A washer + A dryer in unit
- Washing powder/liquid provided

Guest access
Guests have full private access to the apartment and secure carpark.

Please note: The apartment building’s shared facilities (such as the pool, rooftop and mailbox area ) are reserved for long-term tenants and owners under body corporate regulations. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Other things to note
Guest Verification & Security Deposit

Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone.

Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for:

➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival
➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 5-7 business days (depending on your bank) after checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!).

It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest. Thanks so much for understanding!

Pet-Friendly (By Request)

We’re happy to welcome your furry friends—just send us a quick message before booking to get approval.
➤ $150.00 pet fee per pet, per stay
➤ Pets must be house-trained, kept off furniture unless covered, and not left alone for long
➤ Please clean up after your pet inside and out


We provide 1 apartment key, 1 key card by default. Extra key can be arranged upon request. If you would like a second set of key, an additional $100 security deposit may be requested to cover any lost keys or access passes. This is also refundable post check-out if all is in order.

Early check-in and late check-out are available by request—please message us ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
