Guest Access:
Look for house number 42 (clearly marked on the house). You’re welcome to park in the two-car carport.
Once you’ve parked, head to the front door and enter your unique access code into the electronic keypad. No keys, no fuss - just drop your bags and start relaxing.
You’ll have full access to the home, pool, fire pit.
The Neighborhood:
Paddington is one of Brisbane’s most charming and vibrant inner suburbs. The streets are lined with classic Queenslander homes, leafy trees, and rolling hills that give the area a relaxed, village feel. You’ll find a mix of boutique shops, antique stores, cozy cafés, and trendy restaurants just steps away, especially along Given and Latrobe Terraces. The neighborhood has a lively yet laid-back atmosphere, perfect for wandering on foot, enjoying weekend markets, or catching live music at a local pub. With Suncorp Stadium, Roma Street Parklands, and the city just minutes away, Paddington blends local character with urban convenience.
Getting Around:
Our Place, is surrounded by the best of Brisbane’s inner-city lifestyle. Stroll to Given Terrace and Latrobe Terrace for boutique shopping, trendy cafés, and restaurants. Suncorp Stadium is just a 15-minute walk for major sports and entertainment events. The Brisbane CBD is only 10 minutes by car or bus, giving you easy access to South Bank Parklands, the Queensland Museum, and the Gallery of Modern Art. For a touch of nature, Roma Street Parklands and the Brisbane River are close by, while Mount Coot-tha Lookout is only a short drive for panoramic city views.
Other Things to Note:
• Bed and bath linen are provided.
• Parties and group events are strictly prohibited.
• Pets are welcome but not on couches, beds or any furniture.
• Pool is not heated.
• An initial supply of firewood is provided.
• Property is fully fenced.
IMPORTANT
Before you arrive you will be required to:
1. Complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification.
2. Choose between a refundable deposit of $500 (plus admin fee $15) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $50.
3. Agree to and sign our rental agreement.
