We absolutely loved the city views from our room. The Aircon worked perfectly in the humidity. I particularly loved the tiny attention to details in the amenities in the rooms. Highlight was the ability to leave our luggage in storage between our visits to the hotel 10 days apart.

The 11am check out was great as we had little one's that wasn't well and we didn't have to rush them.

The slight height difference between the carpet and the bathroom and if I hadn't been careful, I could have easily slipped. Additionally, one of the staff members accidentally charged us for 5 breakfasts instead of the 3 we had.

Great renovated hotel, with massive rooms, would happily stay again. Only minor things could be improved. Like a big bottle of shower gel rather than 1 x 30ml per day for 2 x people, for the lobby bar area to be revamped, and the third lift on the right snapped shut way too quickly (without me being delayed for even a second) and hit my arm.

Easy walk from Central train station and into Queen St Mall. Fast efficient check in. I was given early check in as a room was ready at no extra charge. Very clean, staff excellent. Room good size, very comfortable and well presented. With all you need. Only freeview channels and signal dodgy. But this seems to be case wherever you stay in Australia. Safe and quiet.

Easy to find. The hotel is modern and beautiful and in a central location. Walkable to everything. The staff is super nice and super helpful. The rooms are well kept. Any additional requests are responded to quickly. Really loved this hotel.

The hotel was amazing. Check in was quick and easy and staff were friendly. The room was a good size and nice and clean. Great facilities and great location too. I loved there was free parking. I highly recommend the amora hotel.

Great location, lovely modern hotel
By foot, the hotel is a bit tricky to access from Central station but once there you can find the short cuts. The check in was good, with a lovely reception area and very cold aircon. We got a welcome drink due to booking site status and the bar service was great with a nice selection, including craft beers. The room was more spacious than we expected and the bed was comfy, although a little soft for my preference. Also for such a warm climate the doona was too thick which meant the aircon needed to be lower than preferred. Very nice modern rooms and clean bathroom that wasn't too pokey. There was good space for two bags to lay flat in the open storage area. The pointed end of the room had a couch, desk and big tv. The only real problem with the room was the water in the shower was very hard to regulate the temperature. It was either scolding hot or cold. Would expect better on this front from a hotel such as this. Also only one coffee bag was provided in the room (plus tea bags etc), this seems an oversight for a room for two people. Besides that we thought it was a very good value stay and the location was ideal for what we wanted. The gym and pool were ok, although the pool could do with some sun shade/umbrellas. Always enough towels for the pool and the filtered water in the gym was great. Would stay again, especially for the $140AUD we paid per night.

A Gem of a Hotel
Very modern hotel with large renovated and comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large lobby with a Lobby Bar providing informal food service with inside and outside seating. The hotel provides 24 hour food service even on Christmas and New Years Day, and a large swimming pool and a well-equipped fitness room. Excellent accommodation for long-term stays. It’s location in the wonderful Spring Hill area of Brisbane is hard to beat.

It was a nice experience for the 3nights we spent at Amora hotel. The receptionists were all friendly and polite. The only unpleasant experience was a staff trailing us to the lift lobby each time we return from outings to be sure we are guests. I don't know if this is some sort of racial bias cause we are Black. I noticed it stopped after two days when it appeared they could now recognise us. Not a big deal though as we've seen worse in our world travels.

Absolutely wonderful stay with our family, we are from the country and this hotel was perfect for an experience as life in the city, just a few streets walk away from queen street mall, had a pool and gym, definitely worth the visit if you’d like to stay in the centre of the city, we visited Southbank aswell. Great stay, thank you Jordan for arranging our parking whilst our stay!
