The space is sophisticated and minimalist in presentation and well-equipped for both comfort and convenience, it’s right on point. It is set over three levels, offering a unique and perfect option for our clients who want their privacy.
The ground level houses the tandem remote controlled garage and laundry and access to a bedroom with two single beds and an ensuite. This has access to the outdoor courtyard.
Upstairs on the first level is the dual aspect open-plan living area. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen is sleek and modern with Gas. On one side of it sits the dining suite and to the other is the lounge room with a comfortable sofa and smart TV. The house was great location and convenient for a family. The basin in the downstairs ensuite was broken in two places - large.
Despite there being ongoing back and forth with the property manager on text for staying there and checking in - when I text to let her know that the basin was broken I received no response which was disappointing.
